Yada yada'd over the best part

Some collage stuff i did in the last week of summer.
I thought school would give me more to talk about with my friend, but it's
actually given us less. I miss waking up to messages with funny stories about the night, the day, the past, the future. That were hardly ever bitter.
P.S. I hate that I'm not seeing Wavves as we speak. RAGH

Self-Reliance

"The sour face of the multitude, like their sweet faces, have no deep cause — disguise no god, but are put on and off as the wind blows and a newspaper directs"

Sinatra/Determination

"There are some human problems, after all, that have no solution. There are some relationships, both among human beings and between human beings and the nonhuman world, about which no one can have the last word. This is true not only of science and philosophy, where it is obvious that final understanding about nature and its laws, and about being and becoming, has not been achieved by anyone and never will be; it is also true of such familiar and everyday matters as the relation between men and women, or parents and children, or man and God. These are matters about which you cannot think too much, or too well. The greatest books can help you think better about them, because they were written by men and women who thought better than other people about them."
-Mortimer Adler

Thoughts 3

Tonight I've decided I want to become as self-reliant as i possibly can.
It'll take lots of work of course, but I've always liked the feeling of having no strings attached. And it seems to becoming a neccesity if I want to retain any dignity around here.
Obviously I'll need some sort of income.. Just for now I'm considering selling some of the excess stuff I've got.

This is all inspired by not being able to go see Wavves. Moment of silence please..

42/7

Its these forty-two hour sleepless days
That pull the soul
Back into its spiral

These three month long Sunrises
That sculpt the self
Of its silent neurosis

9:50

Bored and sane. Something's chewed at my soul.
Just got so many ideas for lists though. Is that really what my writing has come to?
I guess I'm only three days into a real routine and the "feelings are too boring" summer attitude will wear off soon, for better or worse.

I remember October drives home in the dark with someone on my mind,
listening to Funkadelic's Maggot Brain and crossing my eyes at the
street signs as the headlights shone on them. My sweater smelling of smoke and dior cherie.

crossroads of infinity

I guess new notebooks are kinda nice. A different color for every subject. The nice colors for English, French, and History, and the bold straight-forward colors for math classes (two! gugh). Brand new pens and a clean bag free of dirt, pencil shavings, and the occasional smooshed chocolate bar. New starts are rather nice.

Feet were torn..

Tomorrow (or today, rather..) I'm going to my first art class in the city and have to get up at eight am to catch the train. (And hopefully fit a slice of pizza somewhere into the schedule) certainly a change from waking up at two in the afternoon and stumbling downstairs still half asleep to eat cookies and just sit around more. Though the staying up till two hasn't changed yet..

Nina Marie

1. Nina, a wonderful cousin
2. Lousy disposable camera shot from my bedroom window.

Hard to believe it won't be green everywhere within about a month or two.
I think what i really want my photos to look like is a deep breath, or just plain breathing.

Verdens Beste

Problems I am facing:
-If i put all my new photos on Flickr, It'll be overwhelming, unorganized, give me nothing to work off of, and the best pictures won't get deserved attention..
-But then again, I want family/friends to see them all...
-You can't post letters on Sundays.
-I need Stamps (easily solved)
-Messy room, Broken Vacuum
-Sudden desire to wear only sequins

Troubled life indeed... Pft.
Photo was taken at a family reunion where I didn't know most people, but they baked the most delicious cakes, so.
P.S. Did someone "big" link me? I'm getting so many hits suddenly it seems. Woo, do continue.

I've got a luv ully buncha coconuts

Made a second attempt at watching this the other night/morning, only this time at 2 AM and with company.

No wonder i didn't like it the first time, how could this ever be watched alone and at a conventional time?
Highlights: Ringo losing his temper at his aunt, Beatles as magicians, Mr. Bloodvessel confesses his love to Ringo's aunt, John shovels spaghetti, "but if you look to your right..", Victor Spinetti, Food food beautiful food, tent theatre, etc. etc. etc. The music too obviously.
I would also like wallpaper, bed sheets, and suits made out of the multiple Georges at the start of this clip.
